Sweet. Dark blue candy over metallic charcoal or black.

Yeah the blue with a charcoal or even a cream.... If the blue was a dark blue and the interior is black then I'd say you would have to bring another color to highlight because otherwise you have two dark colors which can work but generally isn't ideal . Complimentary colors is what you want

I'm partial to bubbles, owning a 61 Lesbare bubble top myself. Having looked at literally hundreds of pictures, of these, the ones that always grab my attention tend to have a very similar profile.

They are almost always two tone. Usually with a white roof.
They are almost always bagged and dumped
They almost always have a bold, but dark, colour at the bottom, funnily enough often the two colours you have selected a deep blue or a maroon / dark red. Others I've seen that I loved included a near black dark green, I've seen an awesome deep gold colour as well.
Single colour ones of note tend to be lighter in colour, almost pastel
They all have huge rims. 19s or up.

I love all three of your choices.

But 1 and 2 I like best but with a white roof.

When I re-paint mine it will be white pearl over deep blue pearl or deep red pearl.

I like all 3, the first 2 choices are clean, the 3rd one I would blackout the wheel center to match the roof.
If I had to pick only one, I would give the nod to the blue.

What color do you like? You're the one that has to look at it every day. That's what I always tell people I do renderings for anyway.

Using a little color theory for my .02 ...

The top red is bold and stands out. A grey interior would downplay that "warm" vibrant red a little, and might seem a little muted, maybe not quite match the vibrancy of the outside. Grey or silver cars with a red interior works well together but not so much the opposite. A "warm" vibrant tan interior would look at home and while complimenting the flash of the deep red would also tone the interior to a more relaxing feel. A white interior would really pop, and bring in that old school vibe that works so well. A black interior would also be nice but that's what everyone wants and would leave some excitement points on the table.

Example, click here. Bam! on the paint color, Bam! on the interior color. They really balance well and look comfortable together.

This one, not so much. Although nice, it's a little more dull and boring. Click here

The blue, when accompanying these two red cars, is the most comfortable to look at and therefore I'm not surprised at all it's got the majority of votes. It was my favorite of the 3 too. It's a "cool" color that is smooth and relaxing and says cruiser all over it. It would also go well with the "cool" shade of grey interior, flowing together in a complimentary package. This color will stand out in a sea of all the common red, black, white, yellow, gray colors you see at an event.

The bottom one is my least favorite for a few reasons. I think in this scenario, they are both colors that will have a lot of contrast and will fight for attention. When you look at a car you "read" it, and cars are designed to have your eye flow usually from the front to the back. This car's design is very much that way. As you go from the front clip to the mid section your eyes subconsciously don't know whether to look at the roof or the body and bounce back and forth disrupting the flow of the read, that's what I mean by fight for attention. For paint shades on this one you'll likely have a metallic type maroon, not a fan of dark metallics/ solid color two tones, they don't really match that great. So to have it really jive you'd need a metallic black, the wrong shade/ amount of sparkle might mute the black a little and it'll pop less, appearing almost like a charcoal from a distance. I also feel like I've never liked a black roof on a dark colored car, it just brings down the excitement and flash level to the point that the car next to it will jump out and say pick me as the winner. All maroon with brushed trim and wheels would really pop the color, giving it a nice subtle/ BAM! combination, all maroon with bling wheels and trim would be good too but the bright blue car next to it will still grab everyone's attention.

      So,... I like the blue.
