      vinyl repair?

So somebody decided to throw a rock through my bird's window into my otherwise-pristine original dark carmine four speed console. It now has a nice little cluster of scuffs and tears in it where the rock hit...I was just curious if there was any way, either on my own or professionally, to repair such a thing?

ok so it's virtually impossible to get the damage to be very visible using my camera phone, so I'll just do my best to describe the damage.

It's a series of small abrasions, approximately two inches long by about a quarter inch wide, in the vinyl covering itself. The abrasions did not cut through to the black support structure underneath. There is no evident structural damage to the console. They're more or less "scuff marks", kinda like if you took an extremely coarse grit sand paper across the surface.
