I am a little late to the party but in case someone finds this in the future, I had similar problems getting the shifter. I spoke with Bill van Auken. I ordered the white lightning shifter, instead they sent me a stock shifter painted black with an adjustable piece for the stick. When I called them on this, they finally sent the right one after a wait but they were content to cheat me out of $300 plus dollars if i had just accepted the stock shifter.

I will say they did send the drive shaft quickly after i measured.



As someone who has dealt with them, I would recommend trying somebody else. I will probably go with Hurst next time.
