They started this widening project in 2010(possibly earlier), with a projected finish date in 2013. It's been very aggravating for us locals. Sometimes it will be 2 weeks that we drive through and nothing has been done, then one day, we drive by and see crews working. The next day, nobody around and idle equipment again for a while.
