Hemi Swap Tech Available
After a few years of research while building our 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, we decided it would be helpful to establish a technical database focused on pro-touring cars with modern Hemi engine swaps. Thus, diyhemi.com was born.
The website is continually growing, with technical data and pertinent information being added daily. You will find step by step wiring procedures for stand alone applications as well as OEM Chrysler service manuals, HP Tuners based tune files, SKIM removal tutorials and more. In the near future, we will have videos posted for quick reference to the information we offer.
The information is free, with no strings attached. If you want to learn about or perform a modern Hemi swap, check it out. If we have helped you in any way, let us know! Send us pictures of your engine swap and anything you would like to share from your project.
Our flagship car, the 1970 Barracuda, will be at the NOLA Motorsports USCA event in September of this year as well. So stop on by and talk to us, we love helping others.
We look forward to working with sponsors and enthusiasts alike to promote an increase in popularity of Modern Hemi engine cars within the pro-touring community.

Again, the goal is to promote Mopars and Modern Hemi powered vehicles in the Pro-touring world. This will only help to benefit our industry by generating a more diverse vehicle community and raising awareness towards the Chrysler brand. There is ample opportunity for pro-touring events to attract more sponsorships through these vehicles, which would only improve upon an already great genre of automobiles.
