c5/c6 spindle conversion for the c2?

Hi I am wondering if there is anyone that might have info on weather there is someone out there that makes or has fit a c5/c6 spindle on a c2 stock frame and either stock arms or aftermarket? I have seen them for every other car but the c2. Any help would be awesome thanks

C2/3 spindles are interchangeable on B bodies for disc swaps so I woudl think if there is one for a 58+ Impala it should bolt up-now what they do to geometry I don't know.
Looks like they have a #30020 coming out for B bodies.

Thanks a bunch Skip Fix I was thinking that but needed confirmation. Basically I really want to use the c5/c6 hub for the sealed bearing so i can fit a wheel and have the wheel center caps same front to rear without having the stock bearing dust cap protruding out the center of the wheel. Oh and stock corvette brakes bolt up to! Cheers

I LOVE C2s 67 fastback is my dream car-one day It can have fender flairs all the other stuff -heck even one of those new chassis to put C4/5 suspension under them.

Back in the 70s you could get them all day long for $1500-1700-but then for me as a college kid that was too much!

I spoke with cpp today and they say that the parts that are (coming soon) actually aren't or are not a priority. My next step then is to possibly find the actual data sheets for the factory corvette spindle c2 and c5 and make my own. Any chance anyone would know where to get such data information? I have 5 axis CNC machine access, sounds like a lot of work but really someone went through it with the 1st gen camaros so why not try on the corvette? Thanks again Skip Fix for the earlier reply.

Yeah i've seen that and really want to go that way one day, but too much money to swallow right now especially when its US price plus 35% to me in Canada. But on that note I did manage to fine a local guy that has or is doing this exact spindle and I am meeting up with him in a few weeks. The plan is to get my car rolling with coilovers on stock arms for now and upgrade brakes and wheels so I can at least drive the car this year, while I have a low mile L33 that I will eventually swap into it with a single turbo. Then maybe the dollar wont be too bad when I am closer to ready and then look at buying an Art Morrison or Roadstershop full frame. Any of the upgrades I want to do I could easily sell when I upgrade. One step at a time

I have looked at the roadster shop full frame looks nice. As do a couple of others.

I know Guldstrand years ago had some chassis stuff for the original frames. I think I have an old catalog somewhere.

I've seen the SRI frame before but never seen the Street Shop one. Thanks Skip Nice to see people replying with useful information instead of ignorant useless unnecessary comments. Cheers.

For me a new chassis as long as I had the interior and body to drop on it(even with some nice fender flairs) would be good. Then either an aluminum block/head SB or BB motor and a stick. Yes LS swaps are OK btu sorry the classic look is a neat too, and at some point an LS swap will be like the TPI SBC swaps in the 90s-get boring because everyone did them.
