      Blacking out ac hardlines

The hardlines to the condensor stick out like a sore thumb to me since my grill is black. How can I black out these hardline from vintage air? Split wire loom, radiator paint, or what? Split wire mesh loom would be pretty easy to do.

      Thoughts?

I think any of those would work fine. I'd choose black engine paint myself.

I am considering heat shrink tubing over the pipe when I assemble my son's. But that would not help you if yours is already a filled system.

Lines are just there for now. Quick hit with spray paint or mesh wire loom should fix it

Randy - the radiator I am planning on painting w/ black radiator paint. Anything visible between the radiator and grill that is not black will get a coat of Krylon Flat Black!

i painted the grill side of my radiator already with grill paint. I dont see a issue doing this. Lay some cardboard between the core support and paint

Personally, I would remove the lines and send them out for (black) anodizing. McNichols in Detroit, Michigan is a very reputable anodizing facility.

Its all about the details. I prefer a nice clean look. Some shiny silver hardline would have looked weird
