Fuel injection questions

Hey everyone. I've been really considering go to fuel injection set up and after seeing a lot of good reviews for the fitech setup I am most likely going to that route as I'm not a carb guru by any means and like the idea of better throttle response and quick startup with out having to sit there for a few mins to get to idle..

I eventually down the road want to go with a ls setup, of course if the fitech works out better then I think I may not even want to get away from a gen 1 engine setup..



Now I know with fitech or ls I will need to upgrade the fuel setup. So I've also seen a lot of good things about tanks inc so I will be getting one of there set ups..

Here's the questions I have on that:

Fitech sells there own fuel comand system, is this for those who are not running a tank and pump like tanks inc? Or would I still need that setup?

What else would I need besides the tanks inc setup to run fuel injection through fitech?

My fuel sender is already all funky and reads in accurate right now. If I wanted to run the tanks inc setup to my carb until i save up for the fuel injection is that possible?
