Ride height question

I know, another ride height question..
I couldn't find much for measurements from other people that used this chassis, and didn't measure when the stock subframe was under.
I have a Schwartz chassis with the ridetech single adjustable coilovers. I can out find what spring rate are on them. With only a bare shell on it, right now I'm at 27" front from floor to bottom of fender lip. Rear is around 26.25". I'm trying to judge what my ride height may get down to when the engine (ls7), trans (t56 magnum), interior, fuel tank etc etc are all in there. I haven't pinned the body to the chassis yet. It will take a decent amount to get it lower than it is currently.

Any ideas?
My tires are 265/35/18fr, 335/30/18rr. The plywood is same height as my rears I believe.
