      As I read it, the delrin is only used for the swaybar bushings, not rear control arms.

      A medical supply co I did some repair work for uses delrin for items like replacement parts for your spine. It machines well & doesn't distort like poly. Not sticky either.
      Only makes sense that it would be an improvement for a sway bar or control arms.

      The Video shows them testing a front A-Arm (Rubber vs Poly vs Delrin) with pics of what looks like normal bushing with a grey materiel that I would assume is the Delrin bushing. Since they showed these for the front I would assume they are also used for the back trailing arms too???

      We dont use a solid bushing in the rear of the chevelles, and here is why. Those rear control arms require that the bushings be able to articulate in more than one plane (they need to twist as well as rotate). If you use a solid bushing you eliminate the ability to accommodate that seconf plane of movement. The suspension binds at the bushings and then tries to twist the arm itself. The end result is a car that is loose at the traction limit (the rearend wants to slide out around corners) and the ride quality suffers greatly.
      In a perfect world you would want a solid bushing that allows a wide range of multi-plane articulation. In the real world for this type of car and driving conditions, the oem rubber is the best choice.

      There are such solid articulating bushings available. We felt that they went beyond the scope of this system and the owners inclination and ability to instsll and maintain them. For those who want them for whatever reason, we can certainly accommodate.

      Bret,

      Looking at the pictures of the Chevelle, it looks like there is a slight drop from stock, but not a lot. I know it's hard to quantify exactly what the drop is relative to stock, but perhaps you can post the size of the tires and then the distance from the ground to top of the wheel well arch at the wheels centerline?
