      what size plug?

I have a 327 from my 67 Camaro and I am trying to determine the size of the plug I need for the hole between the #1 and #3 cylinders, it is one place many people put their temp sender. Also are the various holes in the intake the same? Thanks in advance, and sorry for such a mundane question, but I am learning as I go.

If you can barely get your thumb in the hole, it is probably a 1/2 NPT plug. NPT=national pipe thread....aka pipe plug. ACE hardware usually has these in their brass section. Most people put a couple wraps of teflon tape around the threads before installing. The intake could be 3/8 or 1/2. Standard bolts are not correct. Get the pipe plugs. They should be a $1.50 or so.
