      Well...
It is what it is not much we can do about that governmental push.
Maybe one day I will start the process for TÜV to make it 100% road legal.
I put a lot effort into this car, not just money but a lot of time that I enjoyed a lot.
I should rekindle that fire I had during that period and complete the exterior of this car as I wanted.
Unfortunately the car was finished during the Covid period and everything was very painful to arrange so I lost the interest to complete.

Actually you could - you could get the current people in power out and replace them with people who are a little more freedom-minded. In every revolution, there is one man with a vision. And sometimes, that man drives a Nova.

There are people (leaders of automobile associations) trying to achieve some concessions but no progress.
We collected many signatures by many members of different car associations just to be able to put this topic on the table to discuss... no progress.
It is easier to ban something than to make rules and take responsibility for them.
This topic is hot and nobody will take responsibility.
The life gets more and more complicated and confined.
Governments dont give any freedom back that is already taken in the past and which can cause them headache later it does not matter we talk about left or right wing freedom or opression minded.

Never said it would be easy. It would take getting enough pro-automotive politicians into office to make the changes.

Don't feel bad. I have my Capri v8 for 30+ years now. The last 8 years its off the road and in storage. A house fire in 2017 witch forced me to build a new house for my parents that took 2 years to complete, covid, family issues and work took most of my time and intrest away for the Capri V8 and my Ford 20M. And now i have new challenges like searching for the right and affordable house witch is not easy in todays housing market. I'm not planning to sell the Capri or the 20M but it will take more time before a can do something with it.

      Ohh...You had pretty bad years...
I just lost my job during the Covid but that is nothing compared to what you had.
Probably I will dig it in the garage for a few years just as you did.
      I removed the sale advertisement.

I forgot to mention that i lost my job as well during the covid period but i got a some new jobs after it. But losing a house and your stuff + the passing away of my dad after the new house was finished was the biggest setback for me. I was lucky that my garage with my cars was not attached to the house. However, a year ago the owner of the garage got sick and now wants to sell the place.

Its not all negative. The new house we build is now sold for 3 times the value of the old house and i get my share of it witch is a very good starting point to buy a other house. My mother now is gone live with my sister and she will take care of her so i get some more free time. At the moment I'm moving 3 household and finishing my sisters/mothers houses witch needs to be done before the 1e of April. Then i will pick up the search for my own space and after that i hope i will get the time to work on my projects again.
