      SSBC issue

Has anyone had trouble with the customer service at SSBC? I have been trying to get through to them for two weeks now. Emailed them three times and called twice. All emails went unanswered. The first phone call was fine, but I was told to email a guy named david and never heard back. The second phone call was this Monday and was told they would have a answer for me by the end of the day and guess what... I never heard back. So today I sent the 3rd email documenting everything and no response.

On top of them not getting back to me I contacted Classic Industries last week, they were going to call SSBC and have them contact me. A few days passed and they called me back saying they haven't returned their phone calls either.

Is this normal!?!?! I can't believe a company like this being this terrible at handling(wrong word cause that would imply they are doing something!) a customers issue.

Sorry for your dissatisfaction, I called them last week regarding a disc brake system I put in several years ago and had no problems. They even sent me a part, no charge. Is your problem with your SSBC setup something we can help you with on this forum?

Update: I emailed them on 9/30 and never heard back. Last night I sent the same email via Facebook and got a call at 7:30 AM. I believe it was the owners wife explaining they have been having personal problems. We talk for a minute and she took my info down. So we will see what comes of this.

I had problems with them well over 10 years ago with a rear disc conversion for my Camaro and they had terrible customer service then. If you can get your money back - do it. And then give Tobin a call. He has helped many on here.

A surprising update: They did call back twice on Friday and refunded me $110 dollars. I didn't demand that exact figure but in my email mentioned the studs we $20 and my mechanic's rate is $90 per hour and it took him that long to do the work.
