66 Chevelle ride tech drop spindle

On my 66 chevelle I did ridetech level 2 coil over kit with 2 inch drop spindles. So I got it all on and the steering linkage that goes to the disc brakes, hit the lower control arm/strong arm. Any one els have this problem and what did yall do? I started to cut it off and my blade broke so I gotta go get more blades this week to finish it. If I'm even doing the right thing or not ?? Thanks
