Ridetech shockwave question

A while back I bought a used ridetech air ride setup for my 67 Firebird. This wasn't a complete kit but I basically have everything except the suspension components.

I am looking at the ridetech 4-link for the rear but my question is can I just run the lower strong arms on the front with stock uppers or is this a bad idea? My main goal for this car is a cruiser so no plans to autocross or anything right now.
