      DSE power steering fitting alternatives?

      I have the corvette power steering pump and the DSE rack on thier frame. Is there a Russell or Earl equivalent to the an adapters?

      These are probably what you need. You could probably find these at a local hydraulic store, the O rings are teflon,used with loctite. http://www.unisteer.com/tie-rods-ser...-fittings.html

      Yes, I have the new DSE rack with their sub frame. Trying to connect the rack to the C5 corvette power steering pump

      Is that what it is? A mustang II rack? It has DSE casted into it.

      What did you dislike about the DSE line kit? It worked well for me. I had a shop crimp the one end because I did not trust myself to do it properly. I am running F body acc drive. Just wondering if the vette remote res was an issue with the dse line kit. DSE valves the rack to their specs. Its not just an off the shelf mustang rack.

      The price mainly and the crimping aspect. If I track down the fittings, I can have Fragola make the lines for me and pressure test them. The DSE kit seems to lack the power steering adapter fitting as well.

      We had a DSE rack in Marys 73 Camaro. We used the Mustang to -6 AN fittings. Had a local shop make the pressure hose, used regular braided AN hose for the return.
