      Suspension Travel

How much suspension travel should I anticipate?

I am in the preliminary prep and planning stages of a 1960 PT Ford Falcon build. The plans are for a full 2x4 frame, Mustang II front, 3-link rear, Coyote/6spd, 275/315-18s. I am also planning full custom steel flares in close contour to the tire diameter. I am unsure how to plan or anticipate for wheel travel. The tires rubbing (or worse: impacting) the flares would be a catastrophe but I don't know (and cant find) info or formulas to calculate wheel travel. With eventual plans for sanctioned hill climbs and track day events, also with daily driver capabilities, I was figuring the car would be stiffly sprung.

Any and all comments are appreciated. References to racers math, CAD programs, or any tech-line info appreciated as well.

FYI- Here's the car and a rendering of my vision:
