      Grandpa's Chevelle

My 1968 Chevelle SS that has been sitting since 1975. 96,000 original miles, 396, TH400, 12 bolt rear end. Grandpa was building a racer so the rear end had 4.88 gears I switched to 3.73 for the street, 700r transmission, 396 has been built pretty strong with about 10 to 1 compression. Been working on it for 3 years slowly and finally kicked it into high gear.

Nice work so far... let me know if you want 14" brakes, update spindles and a 9". I bought them for a Chevelle project that went sideways.
