      Is this safe?

I hope this is the right thread for this. I am running new PTFE fuel line (-6 supply and return) and I wanted to add a connection near the front for a future engine swap / servicing. It is between the subframe and pinch weld on the passenger side and tucks up above the lowest part of the pinch weld. I wanted to keep it away from exhaust which is why I chose to route it this way. After I mounted it I came to realize that may not be the best spot if I ever get in an accident. My fear is that the bulkhead fittings would shear and cause a huge fuel leak. Even with the pump off it would likely still siphon the tank if a fitting broke. I thought about maybe finding stainless bulkhead fittings for strength or making a steel bracket to protect it
      .
