      a good quater replacement link

      Hi im gonna be replacing both my quarter panels and will like to see some photos about the task if somebody has a good thread or a link to a good tutorial or somebody else work please tag it in here . Thanks

      Assuming youre referring to your 67 Camaro. Do you have the welding skills to do the work, its not hard, just time consuming and gallons of patience? If you do the work, panels are as good as you pay for, highly suggest a thicker heavier panel (15-16ga vs 18-20ga)because it welds better and the end product looks better. If you don't have the skills suggest finding a reputable shop but expect to pay, and know exactly the method they intend to use. There are a couple of methods to replacing quarters from replacing just the outer skin which is quick cheap and easy which is what most shops will do, to replacing the entire panel (roof, door and trunk line). here is some youtube examples on a 68 Camaro:

      Thanks i will look at them ive see videos from v8tv and looks simple, i dont have a threadbut i own a 67 camaro that i have done some major repairs and mods i didn want to do them but do to money i think i will , i bought npd full quarters door is align so that will help , i was looking a how to videos onle called how to asap i order that oneto do my trunk but they are out of business now thanks for the link
