1964 Chevelle SS rust bucket project

I new to the site, but I don't want to wait on posting my project. I got this car from my cousin, who started this but run out of money. He had the car sand busted but stop there. It was in a building where he was working the car, but his friend lose the building so he have to place the car outside. So this how i got the car, I plan on sand busting and epoxy primer it this weekend. Well you have to start somewhere and this mine.

I'll say....I've seen worse rust on this site, but their skill level far above mine in terms of fixing it.

Blasting and epoxy is defiantly the right start for the project.
