      1969 Shortbed C10 Build

I plan on making this a pro tour truck, it's hard spending thousands on suspension parts when I'm still in school though. I'm on a budget with this truck but will spend the money needed to be spent on suspension parts.

      The Specs:
      C10 Shortbed
      292 inline six
      Saginaw trans
3 on the tree converted to 3 on the floor (hurst indy shifter)
      Manual steering
      Manual brakes
12 bolt, big ass read end

      Backstory behind the truck:
So without going into too much detail, from as far back as I can remember I'd drive by this every day for years, watching it rot away with a broken window, rusty ass woo stack, and tons of dust and dirt built up over the years. dirty as hell... Me and my dad had always an eye on the truck and one day he told me that if I went over and asked the lady about the truck then he'll buy it for me and it'll be a project. So I did, and only took about a year and a half worth of consistency to get this truck out of that yard. (The lady was stubborn, never answered phone calls, never answered the door. I wasn't mean to the lady, if anything I was the nicest person in the world to her, but not too nice)

I've already done a lot of the body work, which was most of the problem with the truck. Bought in California, with A LOT of California cancer.... Already have the patch panels
made up, all we need to do is weld it and the truck will be on the road. Engine runs great. Next step is lowering it!
