Do Front Lower Control Arms help with geometry? If so which ones?

I have a 1968 Chevelle with the SC&C Comp 2 kit. I have stock lower control arms and looking for some new tubulars. I hear that lower control arms do not effect the geometry, but still is a good choice because they are stronger. Other then the bushings, how do QA1, UMI, Hotchkis, Global, CPP etc different from each other.

If they are all the same and dont effect geometry, why not buy CPP or QA1 lowers. Just looking for advise

If anyones knows of any lower control arms that actually change the geometry please let me know the specs and brand.

      Thanks

      James
