HPI Customs - '69 Plymouth Roadrunner w/ 6.1L Hemi Twin Turbo

So what we have here is our 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. Our customer picked this up at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale in 2012 and we have been hard at work on her ever since.

The build is currently in its last stages of completion.
We have a 6.1L Hemi crate engine installed, but the power wasn't enough for us, so we installed an STS rear mounted twin turbo setup into the car, not as glamorous as a twin front mount install, but it was something that interested us.
She also boasts an American Power-train T56 Magnum kit with dual clutches and lightweight flywheel. Suspension is Control Freaks all around. For stopping power we went with entry level Wilwood Dynapro brakes. The car's also mini-tubbed since she'll be sitting on 18 x 12's in the rear and wrapped in some killer sticky rubber to keep her under control.

Here are some glamour shots to get you guy's started from when she was purchased.

"That thing gotta HEMI?" She sure does, a 6.1L to be exact.

The STS twin turbo's that will be rear mounted into the car.

Our built in house HPI Customs, American Autowire fuse panel brackets.

Piping to the two rear mount STS turbo's.

      Custom hand made shift box.

Custom hand made rear lip spoiler for the trunk. Subtle, yet still aggressive looking.

And some huge changes are happening back here. Result will be clean looking, functional and show-room quality of course.
You can also see the piping to each STS turbo on either side of the trunk.

Wow! Great metal work and awesome build!
Would love to see more pictures of the work you did to fit the T56 in the tunnel.
      Thanks

Wow. That was a nice looking car to start with. I'll be interested to see it with 18s. You just don't see Roadrunnerds in the PT world too often.

The k frame/engine cradle, did you build it yourself or can that be bought aftermarket?
