      So hows this for luck,,,,

So I found a fellow with small two bay shop. Think it was part of old station or something but owner has his home near by.
So offered to rent it,do some minor work in fixing it up. And I was gonna do some side work in it.
It even had an side post lift and compressor but needed wired up.
So I offered to rent it, and pay his water bill which would be shared.
So I got call last night and roof just fell in, they thing a tree limb fell on it and damaged a brace.
So until its fixed, I am back out with no place to work on side or to work on my projects even.
      And price was right.
And so how was your week.

Consider it a blessing!!!!!!! Think about another way it could have went. You do the deal, move your project(s) in, then the roof falls in. Then who covers the damage to your project(s)???. Your insurance or his, if either of you have any on your projects. WOW Just sayin.

      Not optimal.

....but the order of things could have been worse.
