Dakota Pac Fan Controller With VHX

I'm hoping theres a dakota digital/vhx expert on here over christmas!

I'm in the middle of re-wiring my dash and switching to VHX gauges. I also switched to a C&R rad with dual fans. Everything is connected and reading except the PAC-2700 doesn't seem to recognize the data from the BIM OBD module that pulls the temp info from the ECU. The gauges read the OBD info fine but the fan controller always reads 100 degrees and when you do the diagnostic test you get er2 which means it's not reading the sensor. The sensor is set to BUS and mode is in PAC which is supposed to be the pac controlling and reading from a BIM module. I have also tries the VHX setting with no change. Anyone run into this issue?

For anyone reading this in the future I got it sorted out. The issue is that the PAC controller is supposed to read out the current temp it is getting from the system when you press one of the buttons. Mine always read exactly 100 which made me think it wasn't reading the sensor since the dash reads 70. I was finally told by DD that the PAC can't display anything under 100 so it will always read that if it's below. Might be a good thing to mention since I'm sure a lot of these will be installed in cars that aren't running yet or in the winter without being started.
