      LT1 T56 Question

      Hello guys

I just got a T56 out of a 97 Z28 LT1 car for the comet. Its was a parts car I picked up and sold the car and had the trans for free!

      My questions are

After putting the correct bell housing for a SBF how can I actuate the clutch? Being the fork pivot is in a different location.

What kind of hydraulic slave could I use? I heard of guys using 05 mustang hyd throw out bearings.

Any in site will help huge.

Hello. Are you still using the LT1 pull style clutch? Does the new bell housing have mounts for the lt1 slave? if so, the stock hydraulics are cheap, simple, and work smooth. Just fab an adapter plate to mount the clutch Master under the brake master on the firewall, and attach to your stock petal.
