LS2 mileage
When it comes to LS2 engines what is considered a lot of miles? I'm looking at buying a 2008 Trailblazer SS with 85,000 + miles on it. So when it comes to LS2 engines in general is 100,0000 miles vehicle something I should be scared of ?????

If you don't find metal shavings in the oil and you can turn it over I'd use it I know some guys who have used 5.3 engines with over 100k and have had no problem

That is bad mileage at all!
these newer engines can easily go 200k miles with proper maintenance
I pulled a 5.3L from a 04' Tahoe w/ 89k miles on it and ran it in a full size long travel sand rail for 2 seasons with a "stage 1 tune to 345hp" and beat the living hell out of it!!
Alot of high rpm off road runs for long duration, no issues
I built a larger engine and sold that to a guy that is going to run it in a street car
