74 nova wheel fitament

So I'm looking for some wheels for my nova presently. I wanted the summit 143 wheels but they are back ordered until Jesus returns. I found some American wheel that's I like. Link below. I have researched about backspacing and I am gathering that backspacing of 5.75 and under on the rears will give problems. I currently have stock suspension and pbr brakes on all corners. My question it with these wheels and the bfh mod am I looking at serious problems. I am at the factory ride height and done plan in dumping it anytime soon could someone with more experience chime in and share the knowledge
