      What wheels to go with?

I just made my first post in the builds section but I need help picking some wheels to go with my 64 falcon sprint. Everyone keeps telling me torq thrusts in 17 or 18'' s but im looking possibly for a more modern look like the forgeline stuff. But not at the forgeline prices.lol My 9" is going to be built to the proper length depending on wheel size and offset so that's not an issue right now.

      Back Wheels
17x8-17x9 with a dish to them
      or
18x8-18x9 with a dish to them

      Fronts
      17x7-17x8 little to no dish
      or
      18x7-18x8 little to no dish

Not sure on color either black, gray, or polished. I lean black or gray but lets see what you guys come out with. Im terrible at photoshop otherwise id try and put different wheels on my actual car.

      Thanks

check out bonspeed. I worked with brad for a bit and his team was very helpful. i put a deposit down on some wheels and then wasn't sure which to go with. he had his team send me examples of the wheels on a car similar to mine. He even took time out of his weekend to meet me at his shop so i didn't have to take time off of work or spend money to have them shipped. A++++ customer service.

as far as the wheels, i have tires on them but the car isn't out of the shop yet. The fit and finish is awesome and what i think is my favorite part of the wheel.... where the valve stem is located. it's set back behind the spokes. it's such a clean look!

      i went with the Huntington:

I always recommend CCW. They have a great selection of modern style wheels. I'm really happy that I went with them. Half the price of Forgeline was nice too.

I would normally say 18's but on your car have smaller wheel wells I think 17's would look good. I guess the big question is what's your budget for wheels? I think a wheel with grey centers and brushed lips would look cool but it all depends on the look you're going for and the color you're going to paint the car. Torq Thrust are not bad looking wheels but everyone has them.

Yah, very fair price and awesome style selection. Which is why it baffles me why you don't see more guys with CCW wheels.

Those CCW wheels drktrrs has is pretty much what I want but still to pricey for what we need right now. TWS makes them but refuses to do custom offsets. Im looking into getting custom mustang FR500 wheels but wont know till tomorrow if wheel pros will do a custom offset. But keep the ideas rolling. Its also hard to decide without seeing them on the car....

The car will be this color though just with the trim on it which is chrome. I tend to think a black wheel will just disappear with the black paint but idk....
