Hello from Australia, bringing you something different.

Hello everyone. My names Allen and I've joined your forum as part of my preparations to my new project.

I own a model of GM's T chassis world car known as the Holden Gemini, you guys might recognize it as a sedan variant of a Buick-Opel coupe, or a south American Chevrolet Chevette.

Many cars the world over were built on this platform, probably the most famous but still relatively unheard of would be the German Opel Kadett C GT/E coupes.

Anyways, I've been playing with these cars for years, and have always had to water down my plans because of certain restrictions put in place by my at the time partners or just plain old lack of funds, but I have decided that it is time to build it the way I want it, within reason.

We have quite a few restrictive laws here that make some modifications very difficult, tho there are ways around a few of them most are frustratingly excessive and this is something that will work against me in certain aspects of the build, however work that is done cleanly enough and looks factory is extremely difficult to pick unless your very familiar with the vehicle being inspected, so I'll try to use this to my advantage.

Anyways thanks for having me, and I'll try to start a build thread soon, cheers

I had a couple of Chevettes back in the "80"s.! Always wanted to do something like a Renault 5 turbo 2 sort of a build to one. But I sort of out grew that dream when I got a Fiero GT in 1985. Then I just wanted to put a V8 in it!lol
