Who is using helper/assist springs???

Lets talk fancy suspension, How many of you guys toss the springs to the side that come with your coilovers. I have a set of ridetech single adjustable coilovers for my 1967 Firebird. I will be dumping the 10" springs and running 8" springs with a much higher spring rate and a shorter helper spring to make up the 10" spacing.



Im just wondering what the suspension gods have discovered and are running on their cars. im sure no ones going to share the specifics of rates and valving but that really shouldn't matter because all cars are different and to tune your suspension you need to really use your own corner weights.
