Electrical Guys - Help! Ceiling Fan Switch Question

      Guys/Gals,

I am in the middle of a project installing 2 Minka Aire 52" Outdoor Ceiling Fans (model F594 - ORB). I am installing them in the place of 2 existing Can lights on the covered porch. These particular fans have a wireless transmitter and switch....each fan has its own switch with different frequency that was programmed at the factory.

My issue is that the existing can lights are wired in series to just one switch. Which means I do not have separate circuits (existing wiring) for each fan. This is not a real big issue for me because I want the fans to come on together all the time, however, I am wondering if I can just use one of the transmitter switches to control both fans? I think there is a way to sequence the frequency, but not sure if anyone has faced this challenge?

I think I just figured it out. I located dip switches on the switch unit and I am going to just set them all the same. The instructions didn't go into depth on this, but I am going to give this a try.
