      Dual Spal Fans

Looking to eliminate the condenser (pusher) fan up front. removing the condenser fan will allow the room needed to run a C6 type air intake that will travel up and over the radiator/condenser for a cooler draw. I already have a dual Spal (puller) setup, so cooling should not be an issue. Need to know how to wire this setup into the GM brain. Would like for the fans to shut off after 35-40 mph even with the A/C running. Maybe have the fans come on over 35-40 if car does happen to run hot-if that's even an option. Any advice on how to go about this and what colors wires to look for would be appreciated. TIA. 77tony

Do you have 2 ecm ground triggers? If so, I have a harness to give them 3 speeds. PM for info!

Well you should be able to interface with the GM tables for adjusting the engine temperatures to provide 1 or 2 ground outputs. You'll need to do this before you can use any type of fan controller pwm or relay based fan setup. I know DC Controls used to allow you to tie into the stock gm coolant temp sensor wire and you can tune the controller from there. However, if you are retaining the emissions data or live where you have to pass smog I don't know how far from stock ecm temp ranges you'd want to go. 210 engine temp is about the norm.
