Ridetech kit vs Hotchkis tvs

I now have the rear where i want it and am ready to weld in the upper tabs, is the rear going to just move back towards the drivers side after I remove the strap holding it where I want it for welding in the upper tabs? I didn't mean to hijack the thread, but the issue of needing a Panhard bar came up.

that is correct.....I actually put my wheels on the rear end and measured wheel to inner well clearance and simply cut wooden shims to the correct width to center the rear end and wedged them into place and welded up the rear, that way my tires have the exact inner clearance from side to side....simple
