need some advice on P/steer leak.

got a mustang II rack and pinion connected to a Saginaw Gm pump. port size is 16mm straight cut on return and 14mm on pressure. I am running gottashow custom lines and tried everything to get them to stop leaking. looking for options of what others have done.
I have tried just using Teflon washers, tried an aluminium washer and thread tape, nex im going to try a thread sealant.

Is it leaking between the rack and the straight cut fittings for sure?
We had an issue before where the fittings weren't threaded deep enough, which didn't touch the Teflon washers inside the rack- they were just seating against the o-rings on the fitting which aren't designed for pressure, just dust sealing. Could be your issue??

the pressure one is leaking between the rack and straight cut and the return is leaking between the nut and swivel head

would you think if i remove the aluminium washer i have on there now and just use loctite 545 thread sealer and snug it up to try and get it to seat properly?

Gm pumps run more pressure than a mustang 2 rack can take stock you might have to reduce the flow
