Come on SW, can't you make that Lexus pop a wheelie?

It launched ok, then it spun 1st-2nd shift. We are going to change to smaller rear brakes and going to 15" wheels and ET drags. That should get me where I need to be..

I ran another 10.10@142 but this time on 100 degree heat..

For those who haven't seen this car in person, trust me, this ain't yo mama's Lexus. I dare say this car would take 90% of the cars on this site, maybe even more.
Even SW would not put some of his other cars against this baby. The ultimate sleeper.

That's true, but this is a LEXUS with stock suspension. It's a little tricky to launch. These motors don't have any bottom end torque so I leave at 7000 rpm and slide the clutch to get it to leave. If it were a automatic, it would easily be in the mid nines, but I can't drive a automatic.. :icon_razz

It's really fast from a roll, 70+mph roll.

I'll volunteer as the punk kid to pilot this beast. I could throw on a backwards hat, and a 4XL sweat shirt or something? :3gears:

      SW-

Does the guy from San Antonio still have his 300SC? Todd or something... I think he started the Texasracingscene forum. I used to see him at RCR all the time. I lost track of most of those guys (except Tony W, of course- he's everywhere these days) :rolleyes5

I'm shooting for the same angle with my Firebird- although with a trailblazer 6. A 2JZ in the 'ol bird just wouldn't be right.
