Hey any suggestions would be helpful. I have 65 skylark with rushforth wheels. I have been thinking of painting it red, but can't decide if a right red would look the best or apple red. I have a color sample of house of kolors kandy base coat with copper pearl added. I just don't know if a apple red would look good on this because there are not many curves in the body

I personally like the red sample.

Not a big fan of full blown candies like that on muscle cars myself. IMO the best red out there right now if you want a candy is the new mustang red candy pearl tricoat. A friend of mine has a 2012 with it and it's an epic color. This is not my friends car but the same color. http://forums.themustangsource.com/f...012-gt-495081/

Take a look at late 90s/early 2000s Chrysler reds. They have a really nice red that is a three stage.
