      Wiring harness

I'm planning on re-wiring my 68 firebird. I will be running an after market radio, gauges, upgraded head lights ect. I was looking at the painless 12 or 18 circuit set up and then I was told about American auto wire. I was wondering what you guys have run and which you prefer.

We've run both of them and I personally don't prefer one over the other. Painless recently came out with a comprehensive assembly/wiring manual though which is very detailed; it's an option.
