Matched Tyers

If you are running 20" rims rear and 18" rims front who would make high performance tyres that are matched tread wise and make so that you wouldn't need to put different tyres on the front and rear.

Ummm, everyone?... Most manufacturers have a style of tire that will match, tread wise, from size to size. I am putting Michelin Pilot Sports on my van, 17's in front and 18's in the rear and the tread matches. I am putting Nitto NT555's on my GMC, 17's in front and 18's in the rear and their tread matches. All you have to do is pick tires from the same series and you will be good.
Check out the Nitto spec sheet for the 555's. 17" through 22"'s, all with the same tread.
