Awesome little car. Isn't the KA24 the truck variant that was used for the Nissans? Thought about an sr20 maybe?

That's awesome! My mom had a little '72 510 wagon for many years.

Maybe as I am not up on the new Nissan engine names. I know I got a double overhead cam FI 4 banger with the car from a 240 SX and the cross member is set up to allow installation of the late model FI Nissan engines. The front suspension crossmember/suspension kit is $1500 from Datsport!

If I remember right, they are standard in the 240sx as well as the four banger trucks. I know the sr20 turbo swap is pretty common on those and you can get em for ~$2000. Just a thought. The KA24s are rock solid engines though. I would check the timing chain on it before you get that thing squeezed in there.
