Actually, I've been on 4 of them...two in Europe, the others in CA & AK. Of those, Norway was the best, IMO. Planning on running the 'Tail of the Dragon' on the way down to Concord, NC to start this year's Power Tour. I have talked to quite a few who have run the 'Dragon'; they say it is spectacular.

I did the Dragon on my Road King last July.....M'eh......too many stupid people to enjoy it much. Always cops around to try to keep the idiots in check. Even with heavy patrol I got passed by a moron in a crotch rocket, and about splattered by a corvette that couldn't keep it on HIS side of the road.

---But it IS a good one to claim....."Been there / done that"

Yeah, if you go at the wrong time of year, it's like that. It's alot more fun to go during the week, since most of the weekend warriors clog it up.

Saddle RD in HI is wild, it is like a kiddie roller coaster at the county fair. on parts the speed limit is 20mph and you sill get some air in some places! then theirs the wild hogs.
so for me I'v been on two.

We ran it last September on our way to RTTH and again during the event. Hit it early (before 8:00) on a weekday and you might avoid a lot of the less capable drivers and the officers trying to keep those people safe. But a spectacular and very scenic drive.
