      Leaf spring replacement question...

Ok, so I started on the back end of my car, to replace the rear leafs, bushings, etc, also to redo the rear end with new axles, gears, and so on. While pulling the leafs out, the 3 bolts on the front plate that mounts to the body are just spinning, I'm guessing there is a nut on the top side that has broken loose. All 3 bolts on each side are like this. How do I get those bolts out in order to get the old leaf out and the new in? If it matters, I am installing Hotchkis drop leafs, new plates, pads, hangers and bushings along with Hotchkis sway bar kit. Thanks for any help, I'm stuck!!

      Leaf spring replacement question...

The J nut bracket is broken, common on a 40+ year old car. I would just cut them off and reorder the nuts:
