      Recomendation for Magnagflow CATS?

Looking to install a pair of Magnaflow catalytic converters on my Camaro. Can anyone recommend a particular model number? I'm looking for a pair I can slip fit on and doesn't create an issue with floor or ground clearance. I have a 2.5" exhaust. I was looking at these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-5-Magnaflo...38b54a&vxp=mtr

      Thanks,

I installed dual Magnaflow 59959 3" convertors on my LS7 swap. I also have a 2.5" exhaust, but the collectors are 3" where they are installed. I anticipate making 600 flywheel HP with these. You will run into problems with the dual cats installed on your car since you are in California if your car only had one convertor from the factory. It won't pass the visual inspection for smog, unless you are planning to have the car inspected at a referee station to approve the LS swap. I would call Magnaflow and see if they have an approved cat for your application. If you are stuck running one cat, run a 3" and then Y into your dual exhaust.
