      200 treadwear recommendations...

I have Nitto NT01s on my car now, but with their treadwear being at 100, I can't run them on alot of AutoX's. I'm looking for some suggestions for a good 200 treadwear tire, in 315/35/17, around 300.00 each. Thank you for your time and suggestion.

Boys drive fast on the street. But MEN prove how fast they are at the Track.

I need them in 315/35/17s. They don't have the Rivals in 315/35/17. Rivals only come in pizza cutter sizes for 17s.

I've been looking at the 615k's, but the biggest they come in 17 is 275. What really sucks, my good friend is a Falken dealer and I get them at cost. LOL

Unfortunately 17's are becoming old school thanks to the oem's not running them on anything that moves. I hope it doesn't happen to 18's next.

The Nitto NT05 is the only 200tw tire I know of in that size. They are the slowest tire at all the events I run. A falken 615k in a 275 or a 255 Dunlop Star Spec ZII will be faster. The Rivals are fast too, but they need more heat than the Falkens so they don't work as well for GG with the long waits between runs. For reference, I am running Star Spec Z1's 255/40-17 on 17x9s.

Depending on how wide your rims are, I would just stretch the 65 k's on there and call it a day.

No worries! Looks like I'm going to just have to go with NT05s. I know they are not a bad tire, was just looking for options.

Thank you for that info Longroof! I'll search them to see if they have my size.
