Good to hear it wasn't a big fix or an expensive one. Funny how the smallest things can throw a person for a loop. And, I will go check my extension for my welder as well, just in case it'll help my welding.

Glad to hear you got it squared away...just from what I saw and watched on the videos it just made me think you would be getting a draw somewhere. I know it really isn't necessarily the easiest to figure out by yourself. Nothing wrong with the welder but, that's the one design flaw with that type machine... Where you can't fine tune the "heat" and wire. So for your own piece of mind you were right with too much wire...kinda..lol it was too much at a lower amperage. Also kind of nice to know you haven't lost your touch.
