Sway Bar Motion

Hey guys, how does a front sway bar move when driving a car during an auto cross. Does the sway bar move up and down or just in one direction?

yes the sway bar always moves as long as the suspension moves and moves in the same direction as the A-arm it is attached to.

if youre worried about the bars binding the suspension check these bars out

These have better range of motion vs the typical bar with regular endlinks
