      Unemployed bummer!

So yesterday I got let go from my job of 7 1/2 years, kinda saw it coming as the company had been struggling for a while at being profitable, the foundry industry can be tough at times, I was hoping this would be my last job and that it would get my last child through college, so I guess it's plan B. First thing is I'm going to finish up the Camaro, it's all but done and just needs the new carpet installed and a trip to the tune shop, it hasn't been on the street since I broke the BB at RTTC of 2011 it now has a brand new LS3, keep your eyes open as it will be for sale here in the near future (plan B) sad to see it go but priority dictates, wish me luck!

Good luck. Hopefully a new opportunity will come up before plan B is initiated. I've been in that spot, I feel your pain.

I know what you mean, it sucks. I was let go from my job of 8 years two weeks ago two days before my 60th birthday. I worked in the parts dept of a Ag equipment dealer. I want to find a parts job in the performance automotive industry.

Thanks guys, the chin is up and I'll figure this out, I got a little severance to hold me over till the first of the year but then the trouble will start if I don't get to work, thankful my wife has a good job that we could live on with major lifestyle changes, damn change is hard though!

      Major lifestyle changes are good!

I will hope that the changes are a new awesome job, you get the car done and drive the snot out of it and your wife gets to have fun after putting up with it all at an event with you.

      Sound like a major change?

Good luck with it all and I thought I was going to have to sell my car a whole bunch of times for awhile. People were kind enough not to buy it when it really was for sale.
Hopefully you are stuck with your car, lol.

Hang on it's a heck of a ride.
