      E-85 question?

I switching to 100% E-85 this winter on the car and was wondering if copper is ok in the fuel system. Its for my fuel press guage.

      Thanks Dominic

Copper acts as a catalyst for gum formation in the presence of ethanol in gasoline. I would avoid it if possible.

      It could accelerate injector plugging.

That stuff is pretty tough, but I cannot say for sure. I would first ask Autometer.

Swagelok sells 1/8" OD stainless steel tube that is not too expensive and is easy to use.

You're going to need a TON of fuel in your mapping to get it started in colder conditions.
