A-Body Rear Axle Bushing Diameter
Can anyone tell me what the inside diameter is of the ear on the rear axle that accepts an upper control arm bushing ('70 Chevelle 12-bolt)? I don't have access to my car for a few weeks so was hoping that someone would know.

the bushings smaller dia(bushing shell is stepped big to small,smaller end goes into housing ears)is 1.811 from what i remember or close to 1 13/16 if you eyeball it with a tape measure.

Measured the bushing shell at work with a micrometer,1.849 so the bore on those ears should be about a .004 to .005 smaller from what i remember so research it first.phil
